Delivery & Return Policy

At ROKN we want shopping with us to feel easy, from your first order until the piece settles into your home. If we sent the wrong item, it's faulty, or you simply changed your mind, returns are free under the conditions below.

Furniture (sofas, chairs, beds and tables) is made for your order, so it has its own policy:

Within 72 hours of confirming your order: full flexibility to cancel, or to change the style, colour or dimensions. If you cancel, you get a 100% refund.

From 72 hours up to 7 days after ordering: you can cancel and receive a 50% refund of what you paid.

After 7 days from ordering: the order can no longer be changed or cancelled, as production has started.

Furniture is replaced in one case only: a manufacturing defect. We then replace it with a sound piece and cover all transport costs.

Inspect the piece on delivery; if there's visible transport damage, note it with the courier or send us photos within 48 hours.

You can return them free of charge within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

They're in their original packaging, still sealed (*), show no sign of use (*), and come with the original stamped invoice plus every accessory, gift and warranty card that came with your order.

(*) These two conditions don't apply to faulty products.

Damage caused by misuse, or signs of wear and tear.

Products that have been used, deliberately altered or assembled.

Requests to change colour or size after delivery: we don't currently offer exchanges, so you return the product (if it meets the conditions) and order the one you want.

If you'd like your furniture delivered later, you can defer delivery for up to 3 months from the order date, provided the order is paid 100% in full.

Delivery is free and usually takes up to 5 days. All orders depend on product availability; if an item isn't available, we deliver what is first and the rest as soon as it's ready.

Delivery dates may vary with location and the number of pieces, and your order may arrive in more than one shipment. We'll call you before each delivery to agree on a time.

Contact us using the contact details at the bottom of the page with your order number (it starts with RK) and the reason, plus photos if there's a defect.

We reply within 2 working days. Refunds are made within 14 days: to the same card or wallet for online payments, or by mobile wallet or bank transfer in your name for cash payments.
