Welcome to ROKN (rokn.online). These terms cover your use of the site and any order you place with us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

If you have any question before ordering, talk to us — we're happy to help.

Your account uses your mobile number and a password. You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for the accuracy of the name, number and address you give us, since we rely on them to reach you and deliver.

We may suspend any account that is misused or uses false details.

We show every piece with accurate photos, colours and dimensions, but shades may look slightly different depending on your screen and lighting, and natural materials (such as wood and fabric) carry small variations that give each piece its character.

Prices are in Egyptian pounds, and the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. Offers and discounts (such as White Friday) are valid until the stated end time or while stock lasts.

If a clear error appears in a price or product detail, we may contact you to correct it, or cancel the order and refund anything you paid in full.

After you place your order you'll get an order number, and our team will contact you to confirm the details. Preparation starts after confirmation.

We may decline an order if the piece is out of stock or we can't reach you; in that case anything you paid is refunded in full.

You can pay cash on delivery, or online (card, mobile wallet or instalments) through the Paymob payment gateway when available. We never store your card details; payment happens entirely on the secure gateway.

Online orders that aren't paid within 3 hours are cancelled automatically.

Delivery is free, and delivery usually takes up to 5 days to the governorates we serve. Occasionally it may take longer for reasons beyond our control; if so, we'll keep you updated.

We'll call you to agree on a delivery time. Please make sure the entrance, stairs and doors fit the piece's dimensions, and that someone is there to receive it.

Inspect the piece on delivery. If there is visible damage from transport, note it with the courier or tell us within 48 hours with photos.

Furniture: you can cancel or change your order free of charge within 72 hours of confirmation (100% refund); within 7 days you receive a 50% refund; after 7 days it can no longer be cancelled or changed. Furniture is replaced only for manufacturing defects.

Accessories and non-furniture products: free returns within 30 days, in original packaging and unused — this condition doesn't apply to faulty products.

The warranty period is shown on each product page and covers manufacturing defects in the frame and upholstery.

It doesn't cover normal wear, damage from misuse, humidity or direct sunlight, or any modification, disassembly or assembly by a third party.

When you post a review, photos or video, you confirm they're yours and agree that we may show them on the site and our channels. We may hide any content that is offensive or unrelated to the product.

We use your name, number, address and location (if you choose to share it) only to fulfil your order and contact you. We never sell your data.

The site uses cookies and measurement tools (such as Google and Meta) to understand visits and improve our ads. Notifications reach you only if you allow them, and you can turn them off anytime.

The ROKN name, logo, designs, photos and site text belong to ROKN and may not be used without written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt; any dispute not settled amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the Cairo courts.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published here when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
